You may call our customer service hotline 21483791 to place order on our office hour (Mon-Fri 9 AM to 6 PM)

Please send your purchase order to e-mail address order@activesupplies.com.hk.

1. When placing order, please provide name and phone number of the contact person, company name (if applicable), delivery address, order items and quantity.

Online Instant Quotation
1. If official quotation is needed, you may download and print quotation from the shopping cart. Please add items to the shopping cart, and then click 'Print Quotation' after inputing customer information and selecting payment and delivery method.

Payment Methods

Cash or Cheque on Delivery

Pay with cash when shipment arrived.

Bank or ATM Transfer

We accept bank transfer or ATM transfer. We keep payment record and send copy to us by email to order@activesupplies.com.hk along with your order reference number.

Credit Card/PayPal

Credit card payment will be processed by PayPal. 5% fee will be charged. Payment link will be sent by email after order is placed.

• We provide FREE delivery for any item to most commercial buildings. For delivery to non-commercial buildings, shipping fee HK$30 will be charged.
• We provide next business day shipment for any in-stock item if order placed on business day before 11 AM.
• In case the final price is different from the displayed price, our customer service will contact you to confirm the final price before payment.
• You may note your requested delivery date on the field "Delivery Address".
• Free delivery applies to delivery address within Hong Kong only.
